We are a full service landscape architectural firm providing sophisticated design solutions to residential, commercial and municipal clients located on Long Island and in the greater New York metropolitan area.  We furnish site planning, landscape design, and project management services.

LAND PLANNING
As a land planning firm, our preference is to be included during the early stages of the design process.  We find that collaborating with architects and engineers at the outset of a project often leads the the best outcome in terms of the property's functionality and appeal.

DESIGN PROCESS

Our design process is tailored to facilitate decision-making for our clients.  From our initial meeting to the completion of the final plans, we will work with you in bringing your dreams to reality.

  • Develop Client Program - discuss with Clients their needs, desires and design preferences.

  • Research - gather and record information on the physical characteristics of the property and review development restrictions of governing agencies.

  • Explore Early Design Ideas & Feasibility - Formulate conceptual schematic studies with alternate budgets for initial Client feedback.

  • Design Development - Based on Client feedback develop a specific preliminary design integrating all functional and aesthetic criteria.

  • Finalize Design - Prepare Construction Document Plans & Drawings for the purposes of securing permits, obtaining contractor bids and guiding the construction and landscape installation of the project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Serving as Client advocate and adviser throughout the installation of the project, we help you navigate through the process, making sure that the great ideas worked out on paper are not lost as they are translated into the real world.

  • Assist Clients through permit approval process

  • Recruit contractors and evaluate proposals

  • Sequence project with different trades

  • Locate and assess materials

  • Monitor contractor installation to verify that their work is in accordance with design intent

  • Make certain corrective design measures as necessary

  • Verify contractor performance and approve payments
